An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a formal document produced after a thorough inspection of a property's electrical installation. Landlords are legally required to hold a valid EICR for every rented property, and homeowners use one to prove their wiring is safe. Our qualified electricians test all fixed wiring, circuits and the consumer unit (fuse board), then issue a signed report flagging any defects or safety issues.
